The department aims to graduate a dental workforce capable of:
-Providing medical education: Offering comprehensive and specialized education in the field of dentistry to students, training them in diagnosing and treating various oral conditions, and performing appropriate surgical and restorative procedures.
- Equipping students with the ability to assess and manage their health problems through a comprehensive medical history.
- Prevention and treatment: Promoting health awareness and providing preventive services to maintain dental and gum health, and offering necessary treatments including cosmetic restorations, root canal therapy, and dental implants.

Admission Requirements::
General Requirements:

Specific Requirements:
* High school GPA of not less than 80%.
* No more than 5 years since high school graduation.
* The student must submit the original and a certified copy of the high school certificate.
* The student must submit a copy of their national ID if Yemeni or a copy of their passport if non-Yemeni
Duration of Study::
Six years in the semester system.
